When can I request a replacement?

We offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing items from your order

Important: Unboxing video required

To process replacement requests for damaged or incorrect items, we require an unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue clearly visible.

This helps us serve you better and process your request quickly. Please keep your packaging until you've confirmed everything is perfect.

What we cannot replace

We're unable to offer replacements in these situations:

  • Items damaged after use or improper handling
  • Change of mind or preference
  • Items without unboxing video proof
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Personalized or customized items (unless defective)

How do I request a replacement?

Requesting a replacement is simple:

  • Include your order number
  • Share clear photos or unboxing video
  • Describe the issue

Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours.

Can I cancel my order?
