Long before lunchboxes, recipes, or even kitchens as we know them, there was a grain that quietly fed entire civilisations.
Millet.
It grew in the harshest conditions, needed little water, and carried immense strength within its tiny form. The Warriors ate it. Farmers trusted it. Families built their meals around it.
